Three weeks before Christmas 1913, 3 cats and their faithful dog hold to the little sanity left while navigating the cause of a savage vengeance. Since retiring from a myriad of related research efforts, the heroes are found savagely murdered under the secret home of a congressional aid. The mysterious suspect’s fantasy worlds can still qualify as certain mental illnesses, and examining injustices with a psychiatric epidemiologist only raises more questions.
